According to a recent study, people in LA smoked, vaped, swallowed 36.06 metric tons of cannabis last year, against 77.44 metric tons that were consumed in NY.<\/p>\n

These numbers were accomplished mostly with the consumption of illegal cannabis. Even though there is a medical program in the state of New York, the state\u2019s medical marijuana program doesn\u2019t allow dispensaries to sell the dry flower, so all the smoke you see down the streets are being blazed illegally.<\/p>\n

Where does this weed come from? The dominant retailers on the black market are the delivery services. The prices vary from $10 to $200 depending on what is being sold.<\/p>\n
