How Do You Renew Your Card in the Patient Portal?<\/b><\/h2>\n

The whole renewal happens online in the<\/span> patient portal<\/span><\/a>. Before you begin, take a minute to check your authorization. You’ll find your health care practitioner’s authorization statement and its status in the portal, and only your provider can make changes to it. The CRC’s renewal instructions don’t say whether you need a new authorization to renew, so if yours has ended, call the Patient Services Unit before you go further.<\/span><\/p>\n
