How To Make Infused Buffalo Chicken Sliders
What You’ll Need:
1 stick of butter
3 tbsp of infused butter – you can add more if you’d like, but we wanna take things slow our first time around!
1 pound of shredded chicken
1 package of Hawaiian rolls
1 cup of mozzarella cheese, vegan or otherwise
Recipe for Buffalo Chicken Sliders (With Canna-Oil)
Slice your rolls.
Start by slicing your Hawaiian rolls down the middle to create our mini-slider buns. For ease, you can cut through all of the sliders at once to ensure they’re all the same shape and have even distribution for our buffalo chicken filling.
Shred the chicken In a bowl, shred prepared chicken and put aside.
Melt your butter together.
In a separate saucepan, put your “normal” butter and your infused butter. We’re mixing the two to make sure that the sliders aren’t two potent. Consuming too high of a potency edible can cause some scary (though non-life threatening) side effects including anxiety, paranoia, or increased heart rate. Those with low tolerance should exercise caution. If you have a high tolerance, feel free to only use THC butter for this. Melt them in a saucepan together on low heat.
Add your hot sauce.
Once melted, add your favorite hot sauce to your butter and stir until combined.
Mix together.
Let’s head back to your bowl of shredded chicken and dump our buffalo sauce on top. Mix evenly throughout.
Assemble your sliders.
When you’ve got your buffalo chicken ready to be slided, put the mixture on your layer of bottom buns. Add your cheese on top, along with the top buns. We’re almost there!
Bake your sliders.
Place your sliders in the oven at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
