Hi everyone, this week we’ll be answering: “What are alternative ways to consume cannabis?”
One of the most important steps in consumption besides the flower itself is the delivery method.
Gaining different benefits from the flower depends on the method you choose and you should try out all the options to find your favorites.
The most well-known way that people partake in consuming is through smoking.
Flower is smoked using bongs, pipes, papers, or vaporizers and gives you an immediate high.
Another common way is through edibles. They can come in food or drink form and provide a delayed release with full body effects.
Topicals are an alternative method that are applied to your skin.
They are typically used to help with muscle pains and soreness and don’t give you that feeling of “being high”.
Oils and tinctures give you a very controlled delivery method and take away the health risks associated with smoking.
This method takes time to absorb into your body but is a great alternative.
A subcategory of delivery methods are wearables, such as makeup, pillows, and clothing.
Many companies now supply CBD infused lip glosses, bedding, and different styles of clothing that claim to help with soreness in the body.
If you have any questions about the methods mentioned in this video, feel free to ask us and if you have any future questions, let us know in the comments.
Thanks for watching!
