THE DRAGON-FRUIT SMOOTHIE is a blend of our favorite tropical fruits, paired with some fresh spices and herbs to give your morning smoothie routine a bangin’ boost! The blend of ingredients gives this smoothie its vivid magenta color, encouraging a universal sense of harmony and emotional balance to strengthen your energy and intuition for the day’s journey.
Infused with our undeniably quality Lifestyle CBD oil tincture, this smoothie upgrades to a pain-killing, anxiety easing, workout recovery formula that is sure to enhance your well-being and productivity.
Before you begin preparing your morning muse, you’ll want to be sure you have a few ingredients handy:
½ cup of fresh or frozen red dragon fruit
½ cup each of frozen, organic pineapples, mangoes and strawberries
¼ cup of fresh or frozen rhubarb (optional)
A handful of fresh, organic mint leaves
2 tbs of fresh, sliced ginger (or, to taste)
8oz coconut water with pulp
1-3 full drops of CBD Oil Tincture (or, as desired)
Combine all of the ingredients in a high-performance blender. Blend 2-3 minutes, or until mixture is a smooth, creamy texture and ENJOY!
The recipe yields two servings, so be sure to share with a friend or save a glass for a midday recharge.
