This is obviously a positive development as Nevada, along with the three other states, will pave the way for openings of recreational marijuana stores and public spaces where people can smoke publicly.
Nevada’s Question would allow two and one-half ounces of maximum possession of edible marijuana products and marijuana-infused products. Furthermore, anyone who doesn’t live within 25 miles of a marijuana retail store can grow up to a dozen plants in their home. However, if a patient is cultivating specific strains not found in any nearby store then they may continue to cultivate such strains. Qualifying conditions range from AIDS to PTSD.
